I believe that nutrition is one of the foundations for good health and wellbeing. Balanced nutrition and a healthy relationship with food is crucial in setting the stage for optimal health.

Nutritional needs change throughout the lifecycle based on age, disease states, other stressors, and heredity. I am passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle through “gentle nutrition” no-matter what stage in life you are in. I know that restrictive diet rules will not be sustainable over time. Every body is different and nutritional needs vary from one person to the next. That's why I offer customized nutrition plans.

By using a non-diet approach, I can help you heal your strained relationship with food and body. Together, we will shift your focus away from the scale, and toward how your body feels after making dietary changes. I believe that people can be healthy at every size and that weight is not a determining factor of overall health. If you can make sustainable changes over time, you can achieve a healthy body weight, which is more sustainable than a number on a chart.
